Prayer is a beautiful aspect of our Catholic faith, and one should make every attempt to incorporate it into everyday life. Start your day off with a Morning Offering, say the Angelus at 6 am, noon and 6 pm, and end your day with an evening prayer. A wonderful listing of Catholic prayers and devotions can be found here. Or simply converse with God throughout the day, thanking him for His many blessings, putting your worries, concerns, and fears at the foot of His Cross, and asking the Holy Spirit for strength and guidance.
Sometimes we pray individually. Our greatest form of prayer, of course, is the Mass, where we come together as a community to worship and pray for one another.
If you would like the St. Michael Parish community to add you by name to our prayer list, please fill out the brief form below. Your intentions will be placed before the Blessed Sacrament each month, and if you wish and are comfortable with having your request made public, they are shared with a team of Prayer Warriors.
